Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is there a service fee for the service call? and if so, how much is it?
It depends. If it's under warranty, and something went wrong, all services are covered. If it's anything else out of warranty, there is a service fee to be applied, in general $119 per visit for service areas within 50 km, and $149 per service visit if exceeds 50km but within 100km
2. Can you provide service for brands other than Ultrefina?
Yes, we do our best to provide maintenance services for other popular brands. This includes: Cartridge replacements UV sterilizer lamp replacements Regular maintenance and checkups for water softeners However, please note that we do not repair malfunctioning systems from other brands, especially when the issue involves parts replacement.
3. Are the service charges inclusive of parts needed?
We only cover basic plumbing fittings and accessories. Any major parts or components are charged separately and are not included in the standard service fees.
4. Are there any warranties for the services provided?
Yes, we stand behind all our services. Every service comes with a standard 90-day warranty for your peace of mind.
