Innovative Multi-component Alloy Anti-scaling and Descaling Technology
A selection of metallic elements with different electronegativities is combined in carefully optimized ratios and subjected to high-temperature melting. The process yields a metallographic alloy with a refined equiaxed crystal structure. The alloy incorporates a uniform distribution of insoluble micro-galvanic cells, which lowers the reactivity of Calcium and Magnesium ions to prevent the formation and buildup of the scales.

How it works technically?
Stop Scale Before It Sticks:
As water flows through our system, it interacts with our special multi-component alloy. This changes how calcium crystals form—making them smaller, rounder, and less sticky. Instead of clinging to surfaces, they stay suspended in the water and get flushed away. That means fewer deposits on your pipes, heating elements, and fixtures.

Solid-Liquid-Electron Interaction
Breaks Down Existing Scale:
Our multi-component alloy also reduces water’s surface tension, helping it seep between the scale layer and the surface it’s stuck to. Over time, this causes the hardened scale to soften, crack, and detach naturally—without harsh chemicals or manual scraping.
Surface Tension Reduction Value Test
This test helps measure how well the anti-scale alloy prevents scale buildup in water systems. It does this by checking changes in the water’s surface tension.
How it works:
-
First, the surface tension of untreated water is measured (Fq).
-
Then, the surface tension of the same water is measured again after being treated with the anti-scale alloy (Fh).
-
The difference between the two values is the surface tension reduction value (ΔF):
ΔF=Fq-Fh
What it means for you:
-
If the reduction value (ΔF) is 2 mN/m or higher, the anti-scale alloy shows excellent performance in stopping scale from forming.
-
In simple terms, the bigger the reduction, the better the protection against scale.
The Surface Tension Reduction Value is Much Larger than 2 mN/m

SEM Analysis of Scaling After 60 Days
To evaluate the effect of the special anti-scale alloy, scanning electron microscope (SEM) images were taken after 60 days for both treated and untreated samples.
Experimental Group (Treated with our Anti-scaling Alloy - 60 days

•The calcium carbonate formed is mainly in the vaterite structure.
•This structure is loose and porous, and not mixed with other minerals.
•
•The scale is less compact, making it easier to be carried away by water flow rather than sticking to surfaces.
Control Group (No Anti-scaling Alloy Treatment - 60 days )

•The calcium carbonate is primarily in the calcite form.
•
•This structure is dense and crystalline, often combined with other minerals.
•
•The resulting scale is sticky and adheres strongly to surfaces, leading to persistent deposits on pipe and equipment walls.
Field Observation
Sampling analysis confirmed that in the treated group, most scale formation shifted into a loose and amorphous form, reducing its ability to adhere and cause buildup.
Anti-corrosion
When scale builds up on surfaces, it can also trigger alkaline scale corrosion, which slowly damages pipes and equipment. By reducing scale deposits and making them less sticky, our solution also helps protect your system from corrosion, keeping it stronger and lasting longer.
